The individual will be assessed by a psychiatrist, in which a plan will be set by the therapist and consultant. The individual will be assessed every 6 months. If there is a lack of improvement another 6 months will be provided (one session a week). The Pediatric therapist will service the minors and the case manager will oversee all of the documentations and navigate the individual to other resources that are offered within the community.
